Browlift

A heavy brow, which may be accompanied by furrows and frown lines, is often an area of the face that contributes to a tired or older-looking appearance. The patient may not specifically notice the brow area but a good simulation of what a brow lift achieves can be made by putting the flat of your hand on the outer aspect of your forehead above the brows, and pulling gently in an upward and outward direction. It ‘opens' and ‘brightens' the eyes, as well as reducing furrows and frown lines in the temple and forehead region.

The brow lift procedure may be performed by itself (usually in younger patients) or in combination with a facelift or eyelid surgery for an overall harmonious rejuvenation of the face.
