Thigh Lift
A thigh lift is usually performed as an inner thigh lift to deal with skin and tissue excess in the inner thigh regions. An excess of skin and fat can sometimes collect in the upper inner thigh regions even in otherwise slim patients. This can lead to chaffing when running or playing sport and cause difficulty with choosing clothing such as shorts or swimwear.
An inner thigh lift can either be performed with liposuction alone or combined with skin excision. The scars are generally designed to be hidden within the upper thigh creases so they are not visible even in modest undergarments or swimwear.
The thigh lift procedure may be performed by itself or combined with an abdominoplasty or body lift procedure.
